Information Intake & Scope
Our collection methodology is strictly defined by functional necessity. We do not harvest data for speculative value. Every byte processed by PacificMetricHub.digital serves a specific architectural purpose within the analytics platform.
Identity Data: Limited to contact information (name, email) provided during demo requests or direct inquiries. This data is isolated in a secure vault and never cross-referenced with third-party databases.
Technical Data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, device identifiers) are collected to maintain security integrity and optimize the dashboard interface. These logs are anonymized and rotated on a 30-day cycle.

We are legally bound by Thai PDPA to limit data retention to the "strictest necessary duration."
Automated purging scripts delete inquiry data 90 days after a request is closed, regardless of outcome.
